  • 2. Deposit Requirement: For service assurance and to facilitate scheduling, a 30% deposit is required when contracting our services. We understand life is unpredictable and want to work with our clients while also maintaining a commitment to our team’s scheduling and service quality. Please note, if a cancellation occurs on the day of the scheduled appointment, this deposit will not be refunded. This policy helps us manage our resources and commitments effectively, ensuring we can continue to offer high-quality service to all our clients.
  • 3. Rescheduling Policy: In the event of a cancellation, clients have the option to reschedule their service to another date. The initial deposit will not be refunded but will instead be applied to the rescheduled service. Please note, if a cancellation occurs on the day of the scheduled appointment, the 30% deposit will be retained by the company as a cancellation fee, and rescheduling will not be an option. This policy ensures that we can manage our scheduling effectively and continue providing high-quality service to all our clients.

    For thorough and efficient cleaning, we prefer the house to be empty. This ensures our team can provide exclusive and detailed service, making your home shine without any obstructions.
